Daniela Sea

Daniela Sea ( born 1977 in Malibu ) is an American actress and musician who is best known for the role of transsexuals Max Sweeney in the series The L Word.

Daniela Sea initially grew up in Malibu, before she moved with her ​​stepfather, a former manager at the Motown record label, and the family for some years after Hawaii. At the age of 16 years Sea left home in the punk artist collective Gilman Street Project in Berkeley, California, later studied drama improvisation and theater at Laney Community College in Oakland, and has performed with various punk bands.

Sea traveled for several years through the world, herded goats in abandoned villages in Italy, hitchhiked through Turkey, joined as Feuerjongleurin on with a traveling circus in Poland and lived for eight months in India.

Back in the U.S., they first lived in New York City when she realized that it is acting, where her heart is. She spoke for John Cameron Mitchell's film Shortbus ago and got the role.
