Dante Bernini

Dante Bernini ( born April 20, 1922 in La Quercia, Italy) is a retired bishop of Albano.

Life

Dante Bernini received on 12 August 1945, the ordination.

Pope Paul VI. appointed him on 30 October 1971 for the Titular Bishop of Assidona and Auxiliary Bishop of Albano. The Bishop of Viterbo e Tuscania, Luigi Boccadoro, donated to him on 8 December of the same year, the episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were Macario Raffaele, Bishop of Albano, and Franco Costa, Bishop Emeritus of crema.

On July 10, 1975 he was appointed Paul VI. Bishop of Velletri and Segni. Pope John Paul II appointed him on 8 April 1982 Bishop of Albano and adopted on 13 November 1999 its age-related resignation.
