Dariusz Dudek

Dariusz Dudek ( born April 8, 1975 in Knurów, Poland ) is a former Polish football player.

Club career

Dudek's career began in his hometown at Concordia Knurów. About the Station Naprzód Rydułtowy, he came in 1998 to the then first division club GKS Katowice. Here he made his debut in the Ekstraklasa. The first half of the season 1999/2000 he spent, but with little success, at Widzew Łódź. For the second round the same season he was playing for GKS Katowice. In 2001 he moved to Odra Wodzisław, where he spent two seasons long regulars. The end of 2002 he moved to the Polish Legia Warszawa giants. In Legia Dariusz Dudek was the first 2.5 years Master Players and absolute top performer. In the season 2004/2005 Dudek fell into a deep form and was deported to the second team Legia. Then in 2005 he moved to the Czech Republic to FC Vitkovice. For next season, he returned to Poland Odra Wodzisław, where he plays since then.

Coaching career

Dudek had only been an assistant coach of two teams. From December 2009 to June 2010 he was in the service from the first division Odra Wodzisław Slaski. However, due to the descent, he had to leave his post. Shortly thereafter, he became an assistant coach at second division Piast Gliwice. In summer 2012, the club was promoted to the Ekstraklasa. During the winter break of 2012/13 he completed along with the head coach Marcin Brosz a two-week internship at the Spanish side and top club Real Madrid.
