Dat ole Hus

Dat ole Hus ( Low German for: The old house ) is a private museum of local history in the district Bünzen the community Aukrug in Schleswig -Holstein. The interiors show the peasant living culture of the region from the 18th to the early 20th century.

History

The museum is housed in a 1700 first built cottage, which was rebuilt after a fire in 1804. 1961 taught the couple, Edith and Werner Hauschildt in the Kate and shares its grounds a folklore - and open-air museum. 2011 purchased by the City Aukrug the property.
