Dave Coverly
Dave Coverly (born 1964 ) is an American cartoonist.
Coverly, who grew up in Michigan, graduated from studying philosophy at Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti. He then studied English at Indiana University. He took a year off and worked as an art director and cartoonist. Around 1990 he came to Indiana again and was a cartoonist at The Herald - Times in Bloomington. Since 1994 he is responsible for Creators Syndicate the cartoon series Speed Bump, which is now published in 400 newspapers.
