David Balleri

David Balleri ( born March 28, 1969 in Livorno ) is an Italian former football player.

Career

David Balleris football career began as that of his colleague Cristiano Lucarelli at Cuoiopelli Cappiano Romaiano. Balleri was in Serie A if its many changes as a migrant bird. He played in three years ( 1992-1995 ) at five different Serie A clubs. From 1995, he remained faithful to its clubs for several years, at AS Livorno, his hometown club, he played between 2002 and 2008 for six years. In October 2006 Balleri played in the jersey of Livorno his 300th Serie A match in a 0-0 draw against AC Siena.

For the 2007/2008 season was David Balleri new captain of AS Livorno, but could not avoid relegation of his club in the B series. Balleri was next to three other players from Livorno accused of involvement in a match-fixing in the 1-1 draw against Atalanta Bergamo and was indicted by the FIGC. After this season Balleri moved to Como Calcio in the Serie C2. In 2009, he finished his career.
