David Cespiva

David Cespiva ( born November 5, 1986 in Duisburg ) is a German professional ice hockey player who is under contract with the Red Bull EHC München of the German Ice Hockey League since 2011.

Career

Cespiva began his career in the offspring of the Adler Mannheim and played for the young Adler Mannheim of the German junior league. For the season 2004 /05 the defender was the first time in the first team squad and completed 15 games in which he could achieve but no point scorer. Furthermore Cespiva was equipped with a mining license and was therefore eligible to play for the cooperation partner Heilbronner Falken.

After he succeeded not a breakthrough in the Eagles, signed a native of Duisburg for 2006/ 07 have a contract with the Sinupret Ice Tigers, who also furnished them him with a mining license. The right-handed shooter played its due also to the SC Riessersee in the hockey league. In his first season with the Ice Tigers Cespiva belonged to the tribe squad and was used in 48 games in which he was able to score four points. In 2007, the German defender with Nuremberg was runner-up after 0-3 to his former club, the eagles from Mannheim, failed in the final. On 28 September 2009 the right shooter signed a contract with the Krefeld Penguins. In July 2010 he moved to the Kassel Huskies. Since these did not receive DEL license, Cespiva signed on 30 August 2010 a contract with the Adler Mannheim with a term until the end of season 2010/11. In May 2011 he received a contract for the 2011/ 12 during the EHC Munich.

Internationally

In the course of his career, the defender of the often stood in the Germany squad, with which he participated in 2003 and 2004 at the U18 World Cup.
