David Cuéllar

David Cuéllar Tainta ( born November 1, 1979 in Pamplona ) is a Spanish footballer who plays in the Spanish Segunda División plays for Real Murcia.

Playing career

The sporting career of David Cuéllar reads like that of many of his teammates. Hailing from the Youth Athletic Bilbao he was prepared for a season (1997-1998) with CD Baskonia for the tasks in the second team. There followed three successful years at Bilbao's second set, for which he was rewarded with a professional contract.

After 14 games, mostly as a substitute, without a goal he was looking for his chance at Elche CF. There he was able to convince the next two years in the second league and so he moved to the highly ambitious Gimnàstic de Tarragona. With the Catalans he succeeded at the second attempt the climb in the Primera División. But after a disastrous season and the immediate descent as severed Table he left the club. Meanwhile, David Cuéllar was recommended by his performances in Tarragona Elche and to satisfy for his former club. Since the summer of 2007, he again played for Athletic Bilbao, but the return of failed and after only seven missions, he moved in 2008 to the first division relegated Real Murcia.
