Davíd Garza Pérez

Davíd Garza Pérez ( born June 22, 1988 in Monterrey ) is a former Mexican racing driver.

Career

Garza Pérez began his motorsport career in karting, where he was active from 2004 to 2005. In 2006 he moved to Formula racing and competed in the U.S. Formula BMW. He finished two races on the podium and finished tenth in the drivers' standings. 2007 moved Garza Pérez in the Atlantic Championship to U.S. Race Tronics. With two eighth places as the best results, he was 17th in the driver standings. In winter 2007/2008 Garza Perez was an A1GP pilot of the Mexican team. He took part in five events as race driver and was the pilot with the most inserts his team. An eighth place finish was his best position.

2008 Garza Pérez moved to the Atlantic Championship to Forsythe Racing. With five races he was sidelined due to injury. In a training accident he had suffered a hip injury. With a fifth place as best result he eventually became 13th in the overall standings. In addition, Garza Pérez took part in a meeting of the Euro Series 3000 for Sighinolfi Auto Racing. He won a race. In winter 2008/2009 Garza Pérez came in two A1GP race weekends for use before he was replaced by Salvador Durán. Garza Pérez scored no points. In the summer of 2009 he took part in two races in the Atlantic Championship for Jensen Motorsport.

Since 2010, Garza Pérez has participated more in any of the international racing series.
