David Hammerstein Mintz

David Hammerstein Mintz ( born September 23, 1955 in Los Angeles ) is a Spanish politician (Los Verdes ).

Hammerstein Mintz made ​​the university degree in sociology at the University of California and then worked as a secondary teacher of natural economy and geography in Godella and as an environmental consultant. From 1998 to 2003 he was speaker of the Spanish countryside in the Valencian Community, and from 2000 to 2004 he was an international spokesman for the Greens as well as Spanish representative of the European Green Party. From 2004 to 2009 he was a member of the European Parliament.
