David Young, Baron Young of Graffham

David Ivor Young, Baron Young of Graffham PC DL ( born February 27, 1932) is a British businessman and politician ( Conservative Party ).

Career

David Young was September 11, 1984 to September 2, 1985 Minister without Portfolio. September 2, 1985 to June 13, 1987 Minister of Labor ( Secretary of State for Employment) in the government of Margaret Thatcher. Then he was up to July 24, 1989 Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform. 1990 published his memoirs, The Enterprise Years. On August 10, 1984 he was raised to life peer.
