David Zajas

David Zajas (born 1 May 1983) is a German footballer of Polish origin.

Career

The defensive midfielder started in the youth of SV Hüsten 09 playing football and later moved to TuS Sundern. For the 1998/99 season Zajas then moved to VfL Bochum, where he played until 2009.

Most Zajas was in the squad of the second team. Between 2002 and 2004 he was a member for two seasons at the professional cadres of Bochum, however, came to only use in the Bundesliga; on 17 May 2003, he appeared as a substitute in the match against Hamburger SV in the 79th minute. It was his only game for the first team of VfL Bochum and his far only in professional football. In the 2007 /08 season Zajas was again officially the pro squad of the Bochum.
