Dean and Dan Caten

Dean and Dan Caten ( born 1964 in Toronto as Dean and Dan Catenacci ) are two Canadian designer twins who were known by their label Dsquared2. The name of the label is derived from the names of the two. The trademark is a stylized maple leaf.

Life

The twins are children of Italian parents and grew up in Willowdale, Ontario on. 1983 the two went to New York City at the Parsons The New School for Design. In 1991 she moved to Italy together and showed in 1994 her first menswear collection. Acquaintance was her label Dsquared2 2002 when she designed the stage costumes for Madonna's cowboy tour.
