DeAndre Jordan

Hyland DeAndre Jordan, Jr. ( born July 21, 1988 in Houston, Texas ) is an American basketball player.

2007 played the Center for Higher Education Association of Texas A & M University, in the 2008 NBA Draft, he was selected by the Los Angeles Clippers 35th. He wears the number 6

2008-2009

In NBA Draft 2008 NBA players was selected 35th by the Los Angeles Clippers and taken shortly thereafter contracted by them. After he became the first half of the season used comparatively rare, Jordan slipped in January due to injury concerns of the Clippers in the starting five of the team. In six days and three different games he put his existing to this day peak performance (Career - Highs ) in block (6 against the Minnesota Timberwolves ), points (23 against the Los Angeles Lakers ), dunks (10 against the Los Angeles Lakers ) and rebounds ( 20 against the Golden State Warriors ) on.

2009-2010

Although in his rookie season, Jordan did well to surprise, he came only to slightly more playing time ( 16.2 minutes ). He could raise his points and rebound average by 0.5, but his great weakness, the free throws ( under 40 %), he failed to improve. Experts describe Jordan as a similar type of player like Andrew Bynum of the Indiana Pacers.
