Dębno, Nowy Targ County

Dębno is a village with about 700 inhabitants in the Polish province of Lesser Poland in the district Nowotarski, in the town of Nowy Targ. The village lies on the Dunajec, actually in the river bifurcation of Dunajec and Białka, in Nowotarski Valley, at an altitude of about 64 meters above sea level. In Dębno is the famous Archangel Michael Church, a UNESCO World Heritage site, which dates from the 15th century.
