Dedoplistsqaro Municipality

Municipality Dedopliszqaro (Georgian დედოფლისწყაროს მუნიციპალიტეტი ), former Rajon Zitelzqaro (Georgian წითელწყაროს რაიონი ) is a Munizipaliteti (Landkreis) in Georgia, in the Kakheti region. The administrative center is the city of Dedopliszqaros Munizipaliteti Dedopliszqaro. The area is 2529.2 km ². The Munizipaliteti has 30,240 inhabitants. It is bounded to the north and west by the Sighnaghis Munizipaliteti and the south and east by the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The main attraction is the Munizipaliteti Chornabudschi, a medieval castle near the city Dedopliszqaro. Chornabudschi was a center of the historic Georgian province Kambetschowani.
