Dee Nasty

Dee Nasty (* 1961), whose real name is Daniel Bigeault, is a French DJ and rapper.

Artistic career

In 1979, during a stay in the U.S., Dee Nasty met the then early days of hip-hop, graffiti, breakdancing and chanted radio as it was for example presented by the Sugar Hill Gang.

In 1982 he became known for his joint work with the rapper Lionel D at a pirate radio station. The end of 1984 appeared his first LP, Paname city rappin, in -house production. It is the first French rap album and a unique testimony to the original rap in France, among others, entitled Metro scratchin ', which is characteristic of the beginnings of the French hip - hop culture.
