Deer Iceland is one of the Thousand Islands in the U.S. state of New York. It lies between the United States and Canada, 3 km north of Alexandria Bay, New York in the outflow of Lake Ontario at the beginnings of the St. Lawrence River. It is wholly owned by the Russell Trust Association, serving the secret society Skull and Bones as a retreat.
