DEGES

The German unit Highway Planning and Construction Company ( DEGES ) is a project management company founded on 7 October 1991. Organization

Partner of DEGES were at inception with 25 % shares of the federal government and the Rhein -Main -Donau AG and 10 % the states of Brandenburg, Mecklenburg- Western Pomerania, Saxony, Saxony -Anhalt and Thuringia. History

The company was founded on 7 October 1991. The share capital of the new company in the amount of $ 100,000 held the Federal Republic of Germany (25 percent), the Rhein- Main-Donau AG (25 percent) as well as the five new federal states with a total of 50 percent. The Supervisory Board was made ​​up of representatives of the Federal Transport and the Ministry of Finance, the Rhine -Main- Donau AG and the new countries.
