Deglet Noor

The variety Deglet Nour (Arabic دقلة نور, finger of light ', also ' Deglet Noor " ) is the name of the fruit of the date palm rights occurring in subtropical areas (Phoenix dactylifera ). The main growing areas are Algeria. It is known that variety, since it accounts for by far the largest part of the food consumed in Central Europe just at Christmas time dates.
