Geography

Dehlitz located northeast of white rock on the right bank of the Saale. As districts Lösau and Oeglitzsch are reported.

History

For the first time the municipality in the year 993 was mentioned.

On May 17, 1684 the rectory was heavily damaged by a sudden downpour.

The village church, built around 1500, in the sanctuary of large Baroque altar and pillars Epitaph for J. v. Wolffersdorff of 1613, alabaster and black marble.
