Dehtáře

Dehtáře ( German Dechtar ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located seven kilometers north-east of Pelhřimov and belongs to Okres Pelhřimov.

Geography

Dehtáře is located on the right side of the Hejlovka on a ridge overlooking the valley of Onšovický creek in the Bohemian- Moravian Highlands. To the south the route of State Road 34 / E runs between 551 and Pelhřimov Humpolec, behind which rise the Vršek (607 m) and the Hurka ( 581 m).

Neighboring towns are Vadčice and Milotice in the north, Kletečná in the northeast, Onšovice in the east, in the southeast Útěchovičky, Chvojnov in the south, southwest, and Svépravice Kojčice in the west.

History

The first mention of the episcopal rule Řečice belonging Dechtář village is from the year 1379th

After the abolition of patrimonial created in 1850 the municipality Dechtář, whose name 1900 was in Dechtáře and 1921 finally changed in Dehtáře. On April 1, 1976 Dehtáře slammed including its districts Milotice, Onšovice and Vadčice Velky Rybnik and incorporated with this on July 1, 1980 after Pelhřimov. Since 24 November 1990, the municipality Dehtáře there again.

Community structure

The municipality consists of the villages Dehtáře Dehtáře ( Dechtar ) Milotice ( Milotice ) Onšovice ( Wonschowitz ) and Vadčice ( Watschitz ).
