Dejan Judež

Dejan Judez ( born August 2, 1990 in Zagorje ob Savi ) is a Slovenian ski jumper.

Career

Judez was taken into Slovenian junior team in 2006 and denied on July 16, 2006 in Garmisch -Partenkirchen his first jump in the FIS Cup. After mediocre results, he started from 2008 in the Alpine Cup. In January 2009, he jumped while in Reit im Winkl first time on the podium and finished third. End of February 2009 he won the competition in Ljubno in the FIS Cup. In September 2009, he jumped two jumping ski jumping Continental Cup, winning the second jump in Wisła his first COC points. The opening event of the Alpine Cup 2009/10, he could just win it. The Slovenian Championships 2009 in Kranj he won the silver medal in singles. He also won silver together with Primoz Roglic, Miran Zupančič and Andraž Pograjc in the team competition also. In January 2010, he could reach the bronze medal in the team competition with the Slovenian team at the Nordic Junior World Championships in Hinterzarten. Then he started so far mainly in the Continental Cup and won in February 2011 in Kranj his first Continentalcupspringen.

On 18 March 2011, he was erspringen his first World Cup points in ski flying in Planica with rank 25. His previous best World Cup result was a 22nd place on February 5, 2012 at the Italian Val di Fiemme.
