Demetrius II of India

Demetrius II was a Greco- Bactrian king, of which there is little known and whose dating is controversial. The earlier research put him in time to 180 BC and saw him as a vassal king and son of Demetrius I. Recent studies, however, put it on rather later and refer to it as there is of him any coins from Ai Khanoum. The place was destroyed around 145 BC, so that the ruler will then not ruled or too long before that.
