Den neie Feierkrop

The neie Feierkrop is appearing in Luxembourg satirical weekly paper. It appears in its current form since 1993 and is published by the publishing house neie Feierkrop Société Coopérative. The neie Feierkrop includes four A3 pages with a circulation of around 12,000 copies.

The paper deals mainly with the country 's internal affairs, much of it deals with the Luxembourg policy. Known properties of Feierkrop are the idiosyncratic reinterpretation of the names of persons or institutions. For example, the former Luxembourg Prime Minister Jean -Claude Juncker is referred to as jet-black Great dictator Bokassa, as based on Jean- Bédel Bokassa, the former dictator of the Central African Republic.
