Dendemann

Dendemann, whose real name is Daniel Ebel (* June 27, 1974 in Wickede ( Ruhr) ) is a German musician. He grew up in Menden and has lived in Hamburg since 1996. He became famous for his " raspy voice " and pun love rap with everyday stories.

Music career

The beginnings

First known Dendemann was with the project toast, which often served as the opening act for Fettes Brot and on their album Top Hits outside, inside it taste with the music ... and I do not go is to listen to the doctor. Previously Dendemann published under the name French toast along with the rapper and producer Carsten Majubiese " Boogie" Schulz at Sony Music the song Disco '95 ( Sings and swings the leg ), but with little commercial success.

One Zwo

Mid-1990s, founded Dendemann together with DJ bully who had previously worked as a tour DJ for Fettes Brot, the hip- hop duo One Zwo. The music video is a parody of the former wave of U.S. talk shows, particularly the The Jerry Springer Show. In parallel, Dendemann was also temporarily with the ex- toast Majubiese and mate Nico Suave under the pseudonym Mother Nature go. Results of this collaboration were several tracks, each of which appeared on the albums of the three artists, including The old song by and with mother nature, sins of youth with Manuva of total chaos and a bonus track from Mother Nature, which sprang from the springs of the trio. However, the project Mother Nature is currently on hold.

1998 Dendemann was seen in the production of Susanne to freedom of Fischmob with household brand, involved Smudo and Stieber Twins and in the music video.

As of 2003, went bully and Dende Meier, as he calls himself temporarily separate ways. Both are now active as a solo artist.

Solo

Dendemann published 2003 EP DasSchweigenDilemma whose instrumentals he has produced himself.

His first solo album is titled The puddle of the iceberg and appeared after a long production on 1 September 2006, as well as the single from the album 3 1/ 2 minutes. The single is similar both in terms of beats and the video humorous to D'Angelo's Untitled ( How does it feel ). The beats of the new album comes mainly from the audio Treats from Mainz and Jansen & Kowalski. In 2007 he published from his album the EP non-swimmers and download single Hörtnichauf.

Before another tour of Germany in December 2007, he served as support with the Beatsteaks on tour in 2008, he accompanied Herbert Grönemeyer in large stadiums across Germany. On 18 July 2008 appeared abersowasvonlive, a live album with songs from the puddle of the iceberg, rare B- sides and a new track.

On 9 April 2010 the new album with the title appeared Gone with the vintage. The single Stumpf ist Trumpf 3.0 already appeared on April 2, 2010. Launched by Moses Schneider, the producer of the Beatsteaks, produced album is rock -oriented.

From 28 April to 12 May 2010, he was with his new album in 13 German cities on tour.

The end of 2012 he worked at the remix of the track "Life " with, which was produced together with Casper, Kraftklub and The King Is Dancing.
