Dénes Varga

Dénes Andor Varga ( born March 29, 1987 in Budapest) is a Hungarian water polo player.

The 1.98 m semi-major player of Vasas Budapest in 2006 was at the European Championships for the first time in the squad of the Hungarian water polo national team, and was with his team second behind the team from Serbia. A year later, Hungary 2007 Second behind the Croats were at the World Cup.

At the Olympic Games in 2008, the Hungarians won the finals against the team from the United States. The 21 -year-old Dénes Varga was the youngest player on the team of Hungary, won in the team several players their third Olympic victory in a row at this tournament.
