Denis Buntić

Denis Buntić ( born October 13, 1982 in Ljubuški, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina, Yugoslavia ) is a Croatian handball player. He is 1.98 m tall and has a body weight of about 109 kilograms.

Career

His first handball club as a professional player was HRK Izviđač from Ljubuški. For HRK Izviđač Buntić first played internationally in 1998/ 99 in the Euro -City Cup. Followed for the same handball club player missions in Cup Winner 's Cup in season 1999/ 00 and 2000/ 01 in EHF CL- competition; 2001/ 02 played Buntić for HRK Izviđač in the EHF Challenge Cup, 2002 /03 in the EHF CL- season to 2003/ 04 attend a game time on the EHF Cup. His most last international handball professional game for HRK Izviđač graduated Denis Buntić in the 2004 /05 EHF CL competition.

2005/ 06, he joined the Croatian handball club RK Zagreb and was this season participants in the EHF Challenge Cup competition. 2007/2008, he joined the Slovenian handball club RK Koper and participants was at the EHF Cup competition. Since 18 August 2008 Denis Buntić plays for the Spanish club Ademar Leon Handball and participated in the competitions of the EHF CL 2008/09 season in part. For the season 2011/12 he moved to the Polish club KS Vive Kielce. With Kielce he won in 2012 and 2013 the championship and the cup. Denis Buntić plays in the right back and is in the squad for the Croatian men's national handball team. In summer 2012 Buntić took part in the Olympic Games in London, where he won the bronze medal.
