Denis Houf

Denis Mathieu Houf ( born February 16, 1932 in Fléron; † 7 December 2012) was a Belgian football player.

Career

Houf played during his playing career for the two clubs Standard Liège (1948-1964) and RFC ( 1964-1968 ). With Standard Liege he was three times Belgian Champion and one Cup Winners' Cup.

From 1954 to 1961 Houf completed 26 caps for the Belgian national team, in which he scored five goals. He participated in the 1954 World Cup in Switzerland, in part, where the 4:4 nV he against England was used.
