Denizli B.S.K.
Denizli Büyükşehir Belediyespor is a Turkish sports club from the city of Denizli. The football club plays in the TFF Lig 3 and is adjacent Denizlispor the second professional football club in the city. The matches will be played in Doğan Seyfi Atli Stadyumu in the district Bahçelievler, see the about 2000 spectators.
History
The club, founded in 1981 maintains good relations with Denizlispor, which both clubs mutually give to players on favorable terms. In addition to the well-known division football club also operates other departments such as volleyball and wrestling.
First participation at professional football
In the 1994/95 season Denizli Belediyespor rose for the first time in the professional TFF Lig 3 and rose again after a season in the Amateur League. Denizli Belediyespor increased in the 2001/ 02 season again in the third TFF Lig on and in the 2007/ 08 season for the first time in the second TFF Lig
New Age and Name Change
After the club had achieved promotion to the second TFF Lig in summer 2012, the league was missed in the second third league season after promotion. So the club had after two years of service in the second TFF Lig again in the third TFF Lig dismount.
Once the province of Denizli in 2013 the status of a Büyükşehir Belediyesi: had received (German " city management " ), the Association changed for 2013/14 season the previous name of Denizli Belediyespor (German: sports club of the city administration Denizli) in Denizli Büyükşehir Belediyespor ( dt. : Sports club of the metropolitan Municipality of Denizli ). After the name change, the club leads the acronym Denizli Denizli BB and BBSK.
