Dent Iceland is one of the smaller islands of the Campbell Islands in the southern Pacific Ocean. Politically, the island belonging to New Zealand and is counted there to the sub-Antarctic Outlying Islands.
Dent Iceland is located 3 km off the west coast of Iceland Campbell, the main island of the archipelago. It is a mere 300 m long and 26 hectares (0.26 km ²) large, steeply protruding from the sea rock island. 1975 was rediscovered on the island free of introduced species has been around for over 100 years extinct believed Campbell duck (Anas nesiotis ).
