Deptford Bridge DLR station

Deptford Bridge is a station on the Docklands Light Railway (DLR ) in the London borough of Royal Borough of Greenwich. It lies on the boundary of Travelcard Zone 2 and 3, at the same bridge over the River Ravensbourne. This bridge over which today the highway A2 leads, had been in 1497 the scene of the Battle of Deptford Bridge in the year, the peak of the Cornish rebellion.

The opening of the station on November 20, 1999 in conjunction with the section between Crossharbour and Lewisham. It is located on a concrete viaduct over the right bank. Between Greenwich and Deptford Bridge Station there is a nearly 500 -meter-long section on which the route no less than four times crossed the river.
