Der Komödienstadel

The Stadel is a comedy television series of the Bayerischer Rundfunk, are shown in the comic, popular stage plays in of Bavarian dialect. The pieces that play mostly in the rural milieu will be processed for television and then recorded before an audience in a theater.

The Comedy Stadel was developed by Olf Fischer and celebrated on May 16, 1959 Bavarian TV premiere. Through the commitment of many famous people actors like Gustl Bayrhammer, Max Griesser, Maxie Graf, Erni Singerl and Ludwig Schmid- Wildy, some of which were well known only through the barns nationwide and beyond the borders, the show enjoyed soon national and international popularity and was particularly true in the 1960s and 1970s as a quota guarantor. Among the most famous pieces include The Three Polar Bears ( 1961), The Geisterbräu (1963 ), The grandfather sold (1967 ), The Miracle of St. Florian (1969 ), The Marriage Strike (1971) and The Three Holy Village (1973). Even today are produced every year several new episodes.
