Deran Sarafian

Deran Sarafian ( born January 17, 1968) is an Armenian and American actor and director.

In 1986 he was at the age of 18 years, his directorial debut with the film Alien Predators. In 1994, he landed with the action film Terminal Velocity a commercial Attention success. After that, however, no longer, he managed to gain a foothold in the cinema business. Meanwhile Sarafian is one of the most booked television directors. He has, among other episodes of television series such as House MD, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, CSI: NY, Buffy - staged disappeared without a trace - the Vampire Slayer and Without a Trace.

In the 1980s and 1990s Sarafian occurred in a few films as an actor in appearance. He was seen in 1988 in Zombie III.

Sarafian is the son of actor and film director Richard C. Sarafian and the brother of Tedi Sarafian, Damon B. Sarafian, and Richard Sarafian Jr., also worked in the film business. He is also the nephew of director Robert Altman. He is married to actress Laurie Fortier, with one child.
