The Huanghai Automobile Company (Russian: ООО Автомобильная компания ДЕРВЕЙС ) is an automobile manufacturer based in Tscherkessk, Russia. The company, founded in 2003, is the first Russian car maker in private ownership. Vehicles for the Russian market Annually there, since June 2007, approximately 100,000 manufactured.
