Dettingen Te Deum

The Dettingen Te Deum (HWV 283 ) is a sacred choral works by George Frideric Handel, based on the liturgical text of the Te Deum. Handel composed it to celebrate the victory of the Austro- British military over the French troops at the Battle of Dettingen on 27 June 1743rd The original is written for two choirs and a large orchestra.
