Diamond Dave is the sixth album by David Lee Roth and also the last, which he recorded before his return to Van Halen.
Genesis
The album was recorded and mixed at Henson Recording Studios in Hollywood. It consists almost entirely of cover versions of songs by other artists, only the title Medicine Man, Thug Pop Act and one derived from Roth.
