Diaochan

Diaochan (Chinese貂蝉/貂蝉) is the only one of the four beauties of China and for which no historical reports. Maybe she's a fictional character. In Luo Guanzhongs novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms is Diaochan involved in a conspiracy of the official Wang Yun to bring the warrior Lü Bu to kill his master and adoptive father Dong Zhuo. For this purpose, it is simultaneously Dong Zhuo's concubine and Lü bus fiancée. It brings the two by their charm and the jealousy of the two men against each other. Dong Zhuo Li Ru strategist sees through the wiles of the dancer and recommends his Lord, preferring to leave it to Lü ​​Bu. But Dong Zhuo stressed that no warrior him the same mean as Diaochan, and threatens Li Ru with the execution. Diaochan however Lü Bu wrapped around her finger and tells him that she was unhappy with Dong Zhuo and Lü Bu, wish to be with him. Lü Bu into a rage and kill Dong Zhuo. Shortly thereafter, he must flee and Diaochan goes with it. She accompanied him on his campaigns against Cao Cao and the taking of Puyang. After Lü Bu is defeated at Xiapi of Cao Cao, Diaochan is no longer mentioned in the novel.
