Die Feuerzangenbowle

The Feuerzangenbowle is the title of a novel from 1933, written by Heinrich Spoerl. As co-author was in the literature for a long time Hans Reimann, after he had given after Spoerls death in his autobiography My Blue Wonder (1959 ) to have written significant portions of the novel. A dispute over the authorship is still not complete. The novel was filmed several times, the film version of 1944 is the most famous.
