Die Lollipops

The Lollipops are a two-headed German girl band with a rotating cast.

It was founded in 2000 by Peter Hoffmann, Yann Peifer and Jürgen Reitershan and produced; from 2002 Peter Hoffmann went on alone. The band's concept envisages re-record known chart hits and classics of German treasure of songs as party songs and backed with witty, tailored to the target group of very young record buyers texts. Between 2006 and 2007, published under the title " Lollipops " four novels by children's author Karin Müller, telling the adventures of two girls on the way to the pop star.

Since its inception, the band has sold more than 1.5 million audio and video support, and so far it has been honored with eight Golden and a platinum record.

The Lollipops included performances by 2010 100 - year celebration of FC St. Pauli Millertor stadium in Hamburg.

Previous Lollipops were: Gina, Nathalie, Janet, Ronja, Joanna and Johanna. As of March 2005 Mary and Maike were the singers. These were replaced by Fiona and Susi, which make up the duo since 2008.
