Diederichs's stone

The Diederich stone ( English: Diederichs 's stone) was a monument in Qingdao, which was dedicated to Otto von Diederichs and the occupation of Jiaozhou Bay on 14 November 1897. On the anniversary of the occupation, it was inaugurated on 21 November 1898 by Prince Henry of Prussia.
