Dieter Lemke

Dieter Lemke ( born April 14, 1956 in Menden ) is a former German football player.

The striker Lemke joined in 1980 by his hometown club BSV Menden in the Bundesliga for VfL Bochum. In the following two years, he played 27 times for the Bochum and scored a goal. He had his most successful season in 1982/1983 when he was replaced by the Bochum in the Second Bundesliga for SC Fortuna Köln. Here he formed with Dieter Schneider treasure a feared strike partnership, the relevant proportion had in mind that the club of Jean Löring the final of the DFB-Pokal in 1983 reached that against local rivals but 1 FC Cologne 0-1 with a goal by Pierre Littbarski was lost.

Dieter Lemke played until 1987 for Fortuna Köln in the second division. He came to a total of 94 second division appearances for Köln, scoring 23 goals.
