An Internet Agency ( also web agency, Eng. Interactive Agency ) is a specialized services to businesses, which assumes the planning, design, programming and maintenance of websites, blogs, and other digital communication channels on behalf of clients.

The orders vary greatly in cost and time scale and can be both project as well as budget allocated - often after a sales pitch (pitch). In addition to large agencies (more than 50 employees, partly linked to international agency networks ) there are a variety of micro-enterprises, which are operated in some cases only in a secondary activity.
