Digor (Armenian Տեկոր / Tekor ) is a town and a district of Kars Province in north-eastern Turkey. Digor is located in the southeast of the province, bordering the province of Iğdır and to the Republic of Armenia. The city was during the Russian rule in the 19th century founded ( Kars Oblast ).

The district has 26 112 inhabitants Digor, the city 2,719 (as of 2011 ).

Major attractions include the Armenian monastery Horomos that Tekor 's Basilica, the Cathedral of mren and Chzgonk monastery from the 7th century, which were destroyed after the capture in 1920 of the western part of Armenia by Turkey.
