Dikmen ( kurd. Hêşerî ) is a village in the province Kızıltepe the Turkish province of Mardin. Dikmen is located in south-eastern Anatolia to 430 m above sea level, about 23 km south-west of Kızıltepe, near the Syrian border.

The original name of the village is Hêşerî or Heyşeri.

1990 2,894 people lived in Dikmen .. In 1994, Dikmen was given the status of a Belediye. 2009, the village of 3,288 inhabitants.
