Dimitri Verhulst

Dimitri Verhulst ( born October 2, 1972 in Aalst ) is a Flemish writer.

Life

In 1999 he published his first novel, his poems were for the " C. Buddingh Prize nominated ". The novel " Problemski Hotel " (2003) appeared in nine countries. With the novel "the shitty of things " (2006 ), in which Dimitri Verhulst tells his own story, he was nominated for the " AKO Literature Prize ". The 2009 film adaptation of this novel was published very sensitive.
