Dingli is a place and a management unit in Malta. The village lies at an altitude of 240 meters above sea level, making it the highest in Malta. Dingli is about 13 west of the capital Valletta and two kilometers from the nearest town, Rabat, removed.

Dingli is well known by the Dingli Cliffs, the enigmatic cart ruts and the nearby largest contiguous forest of Malta, the Buskett.

Personalities

Dingli is the birthplace of the author Ebejer Francis ( 1925-1993 ). Also here is born the retired bishop of the Diocese of Brazilian União da Vitória, Walter Michael Ebejer OP ( * 1929).
