Dirk Skreber

Dirk Skreber (* 1961 in Lübeck ) is a German painter.

From 1982 to 1988 he studied at the Art Academy in Dusseldorf. From 1992 to 1994 he was a fellow of the Günther Peill Foundation Düren, 1994-1995 Visiting Professor at the State Academy of Fine Arts in Karlsruhe. In 2000 he was awarded the National Prize for Young Art. He lives and works in New York.
