Disharmonic Orchestra

Disharmonic Orchestra is an Austrian Death Metal-/Grindcore-Band. It was founded in 1987 in Klagenfurt. The first two demos were released. But the breakthrough came after a gig with Pungent Stench as the main group, which earned them a record deal with Nuclear Blast in 1989. The first plate was a joint with the Austrian band Pungent Stench, which also was under contract with Nuclear Blast. Later they released two independent albums under the label Nuclear Blast. For the third album they were taken by Steamhammer under contract.

The albums all sound very different. The band took a break in 1994. This break lasted until 2002, when it first of all, her debut album exposure prophylaxis gave again in a new edition out. The latest album is called Ahead.
