Ditisheim

Maurice Ditisheim (* 1831, † 1899) was a Swiss watchmaker and entrepreneurs.

In 1858 he founded in La Chaux -de-Fonds watches a studio, which the manufacturer Maurice Ditisheim grew up and first produced in 1894 brand watches Vulcain quickly. Ditisheim was one of the first promoters of the MIH ( Musée International d' Horlogerie ), the International Watch Museum in La Chaux -de-Fonds.
